Another hike?

We keep finding new hikes to try.

Which means views like this we get to spy.

It's well worth the time,

Even with a steep climb.

It's more fun than just driving by.

Cascade Head

Last weekend some friends and us tread,

Our way up the trail to Cascade Head.

The view is amazing.

We spent some time gazing.

Afterwards, we made sure we were fed.

 

A nice walk

This trail is a really nice walk. 
There's a great view of which you can gawk.
It isn't too long,
Bring your dog along.
You can get exercise while you talk.

 

Relaxation

I found this nice spot with a view.

They're in good shape, although they're not new.

My view of the waves,

Deserve the top raves.

There's a place you share the peace too!

Peaceful

We went for a nice morning walk.

Out in nature, far from the gridlock.

We found this great view,

So peaceful and blue.

So we just stood, enjoying our gawk.

Country

This picture shows off a nice perk,

Of where it is I go to work. 

You see it is true,

I have a nice view. 

Even after weather goes berserk.

This artist sat like a statue,

As she contemplated this nice view.

She had a nice spot,

Where she seemed lost in thought.

I'd love to check out what she drew.

Mary's Peak

If a grand view is something you seek,
Then my advice is Mary's Peak.
From Cascades to sea,
It's scenic beauty.
This was a great end to our week.

 

Viewpoint

A hike with some friends in the hills.
The weather was decent, no chills.
The sky was a nice hue,
Till the fog hid our view.
It's just a good as the Catskills.

 

Independence Day

Independence and freedom we make,
By choosing to give, not to take.
So I'll be with my crew
Celebrating this view,
While together we kayak this lake.

 

Hike to the Top!

We hiked to the top of the peak,

By the end my legs were feeling weak.

So me and my crew,

Enjoyed the nice view.

As a hike it is very unique!
