We drove up to check out this creek.

It's been raining up here all week.

Today nature calls

With these beautiful falls.

Places like this you should seek.

 

Stacks

 Heading up the creek in our kayaks,

We saw stones arranged into tall stacks.

It was neat to see,

We added 2 or 3.

It's easy if you have the knacks.

High Water

After rain stopped falling from the skies,

I've been watching the local creek rise,

It is rather full,
With a very strong pull.

Stay back from the edge, I advise.
