Time Off

I'm back after taking a break.

Which is something that we all should take.

I took off some time,

But I'm back in my prime!

So now more limericks I'll make.

Camping

We’re out on the road to go camping. 

We have a small tent, it’s not glamping. 

Our small car is packed 

And our dog is cramped. 

He is standing up while he is napping. 

Zombieland

I just watched this old zombie movie.

Its odd sense of humor is juvie.

It is kind of gory,

To be a love story.

A fun star cameo is so groovy.

Summer!

During Summer Break, I am well fed.

See, I just made sourdough bread.

I just should keep track, 

Of how much I snack.

I'll try to eat more fruit instead.

Knicks Win!

Some say that the playoffs are fixed,

And the players and refs have their tricks.

But the Spurs had their chance,

And they did not advance.

Congrats to our new champs, the Knicks!

Final Concert

This was our son's final big show.
So of course we just had to go.
A cappella is great,
Even though it was late.
The best part, he had a solo.

One more down.

This school year came to a close.

Now I'm tired, that's just how it goes.

But now Summer Break,

Is easy as cake.

If I'm tired now I can just doze.
