Over the Hill

While driving on our way to Scappose,
Our time on I5, we reduce.
Our kayaks in tow,
We went really slow.
This road's not really for trailer use.

 

Spots

This is now our favorite game.
It's easy, and Spots is the name.
You roll lots of dice,
Options make it nice.
Let's put in in our Hall of Fame.

 

Happy Anniversary

It's only been 32 years.
Mostly laughs, but there've been a few tears.
I would not change a thing,
After giving a ring.
Now it's time for us to share our cheers.

 

Family Camping

My wife, and all three of her sibs,
Took a few days off from their own cribs.
We had a great camp,
Even though it got damp.
The campfire helps make us all glib.

 

Floaties

Our campground has a great swimming hole.
And relaxing is our major goal.
So instead of a boaty,
We're using a floaty.
They're also easy to control.

 

Post Camping Laundry

It's always a bit of a drag,

When it's time to clean the sleeping bags.

I become a coin sorter,

Looking for the quarters.

Laundromats have a hefty price tag.

Bee Good

This flower is pretty to see,
The colors help make me happy.
The brilliant color,
Makes our yard less duller.
There's also this cute little bee.
