We're Bach!

I know this composer's not Bach.
But this music's classical, not rock
Rehearsals are starting,
My lips are smarting.
I'll have to relearn how to squawk.

 

New Car!

It took us some time to decide, 

But we went out and bought a new ride.

It's just 2 years old,

Which saved us some gold.

It's really comfortable inside.

Raining

Last night it just started to pour.

It's been dry to we did need some more.

But it put on a show,

Gutters did overflow.

It was loud, and hard to ignore.

Academ's Fury

Last night I finished this good book.

It has a fun fantasy hook.

Magic works a ton,

But this one kid has none.

This series is worth a good look.

Blue Jay

A bird got stuck in our sunroom.

It was scared, had a feeling of doom.

Our dog didn't help,

He bark his high pitched yelp.

Finally, I pushed it out with a broom.

 

Downtown

My dog and I went for a walk.
Here we are on our downtown block.
He did poop and pee,
And sniff happily.
While I listened to a podcast talk.

 

'Tis the Season

This week my poor wife has been sick.
Somehow she came down with the ick.
She needed some meds,
While she was abed.
But the question is which one to pick?
