Birthday Boy

I admit that I'm getting quite old.

So here's my baby picture to behold.

Our kids will come play,

Games for my birthday.

And they'll let me win, I am told!

State Playoffs

Here's a look at the girl's playoff bracket.

We are hoping they fight and attack it.

It would be so great

If they make the top 8.

Then in Baker they can make a racket!

League Champs!

 Our girls team are champs of their league.

They played hard, fought through the fatigue.

Now State Playoffs are next.

Who knows what to expect?

That's why playoffs have so much intrigue.

Orchestra

I enjoy making musical sounds,
So this orchestra I'm glad I found.
I was slightly torn,
To play trumpet or horn.
But for now I'm playing trumpet bound.

 

Recliners!

Our old chairs were in some decline,
So we took that as a shopping sign.
Now our setup is new,
We got new chairs for two.
With these new chairs, we now can recline.

New Couch

We've made a furniture upgrade.
It's comfy, and does seem well made.
Now we don't have to grouch
On our old lumpy couch.
And it's washable fabric, not suede.

 

Pet Love

This holiday I will celebrate.
With my cute, small, furry roommate.
This holiday I get,
It's just Love Your Pet.
It's normal, so we won't forget.
