Halloween Spectators

My friends and I had a good seat.
To watch kids in our town trick or treat.
We had us a blast,
Watching costumes go past.
The variety of costumes was neat!

 

Scary Decorations

I went shopping at this Goodwill store.

This was hiding behind the front door.

A young girl got scared,

She was unprepared,

When it moved; it was hard to ignore.

Bad Candy

On Halloween we're okay greeters,

But we don't get many trick or treaters.

So our candy is lame,

Now we won't eat in shame.

For candy we are picky eaters.

Happy Halloween

So me and my school work crew,

Dressed up together as we do.

The theme that we chose,

With our dress up clothes?

The friends of Winnie the Pooh.

Halloween Eve

Plans for my class party are set.

Some crafts and a snack they will get.

If I had to guess,

I'll bet they make a mess.

I think that would be a winning bet.

Getting Ready

 Here's a pic of our Halloween scene,

Our pumpkins are carved, lit and clean.

We scooped out the guts,

Then made artsy cuts.

Roasted seeds are yummy cuisine.

All our names on these shapes are cute.
What gets the most raves?
Adult names on graves.
This teacher slap is absolute.

 

Decorations

As Halloween starts to get near,
Our decorations do appear.
This spider is scary,
'Cause he is so hairy.
What else will we make up this year?

 

Happy Halloween Eve

'Twas the night before school Halloween.

Where I'm dreading the change in routine.

A party is planned,

With some parents at hand.

Though I'll try, I'll bet it's not serene.

Halloween

I don't really want to be mean,

But I'm not a fan of Halloween.

With candy galore,

I always eat more.

It's impossible to stay lean!

It's raining on Halloween night,

So the traffic we're getting is light.

That's just fine by me,

'I'm watching TV.

And those scary costumes are a fright!

Halloween Decorating

When you're walking up to my front door,

You'll see this ghost, and a few more.

As it hears a sound,

It will move around.

Trick or Treaters we'll try not to bore.

Sugar Crash

Not eating it all was my plan,

I did do the best that I can.

I did not eat all,

Although they are small.

But of choc'late I am a big fan.

Halloween Candy

We dumped candy into this bowl, 

Until it was completely full. 

I ate just a few, 

Gave some away too.

Not eating it all is my goal.

Halloween Eve (^4)

Only 4 days until Halloween, 

So make sure your costume is clean.

They're forecasting rain,

Which your fun will strain.

But it helps with your ghoulish hygiene.

Post Halloween

The bucket of candy is low,

Decorations have lost their glow.

There's wrappers galore

All over the floor.

I need a double espresso.

Dry Ice

It's fun to play with CO2.

When frozen, cold is it's virtue.

It makes a cool fog

In your specialty nog.

But beware the damage it can do.

Candyland?

We're ready for visitors now,

'Cause we've got full bag full of chow.

It's a sugary sweet

Halloween treat.

I'll end up with my share somehow!

Costumes?

Halloween Day is coming up soon.

And we'll have an almost new moon.

So dress up for a lark

But know it will be dark.

A flashlight will be a big boon.
