Holiday BBQ

 Got invited to dinner with friends.

Of course my wife and I attend.

I think there's no doubt.

It's good to hang out.

Our weekend plans it did transcend.

He was more than that sarcastic friend.

With witty one liners his trend.

His demons he shared,

Because, well, he cared.

Goodbye to our Chandler from Friends.

Helping Out

I had several folks volunteer,

To help me get my room in gear.

They saved me some stress,

Helped clean up my mess.

Now I'm almost prepared for this year!

Long Lost Friends

It's sad when a friend moves away.

My daughter's friends' family couldn't stay.

But they've come back to see

Friends and family.

So she's seeing her good friend today!
