Sunny Winter Day

The weather is sunny and clear.

It's not normal, so we hold it dear.

I'm out doing chores,

Like going to stores.

The bright sunlight helps give me cheer.

December Weather?

This just isn't how I remember,

Our Coast weather during December.

My wife and I grinned,

All sun, little wind.

As we viewed all the tidepool members.

 

Almost April

It seems the months are flying by.

And I see the sun up in the sky.

That means Spring is here,

And Summer is near.

My spirits are starting to fly.

Gorgeous

Today's weather really was great.
Which is rare on this late winter date.
I enjoyed the sun,
And watched people run.
I didn't even mind the wait.

 

Smoke

The smoke from some far off blaze,

Is filling our skies up with haze.

You know there's a ton,

When you look at the sun,

And don't have to avert your gaze.

Sunshine

Today the sun was shining bright,

It felt good to be out in the light.

This must mean that Spring,

Is doing its thing.

And my skin won't be staying this white!

The weather today was the best!

That it's February? Never guessed.

'Twas not long to decide

To take my class outside.

The result? We were feeling less stressed!

Look, up in the sky!

We've had rain and clouds for so long.

When the sun came out it seemed wrong.

But now it's okay,

If the sun wants to stay.

Don't be shocked if we break out in song.
