More Concerts?

Our town has a new fangled band.

Tonight we'll go see it as planned.

The players are all ages,

They volunteer, no wages.

We'll see if they're hopeless or grand.

Cantata Sunday

I'm not sure I'd say we did excel,

But our Cantata went really well.

We sang it through twice,

Different churches, same price.

The Nativity story we do tell.

Newport

We had great weather at the Bay.
Watching sea lions bark, swim and play.
Then we had a great meal,
Looked at lights, what a deal.
It was a pleasant, sunny day.

 

Bright Christmas

One of my favorite local sights,

Is this house with tons of Christmas lights.

They do it each year,

It causes much cheer.

Their electric bill must give them frights!

Cast Iron

Here's something I think you won't mind.
It's my latest fun Goodwill find.
So now I can bake,
Letters it will make.
The best part? It's standards aligned!

 

Cantata Practice

With Christmas coming, we oughta, 

Get ready to sing our cantata.

No piano have we,

We sing with MP3.

Choir members we have a lotta!

Recliners

Our furniture is really old.

It's not comfortable, so I'm told.

So we're thinking of what,

Will work for our butt.

It seems it will cost us much gold.
