Dinner Out

One benefit of going out,
Is new restaurants to go scout.
So here's what I ate.
These tacos were great.
Now Corvallis Tacovore I will tout.

 

Concert Weekend

2 concerts were at OSU.
So we had to go listen and view.
The music? Fantastic.
The mood? Enthusiastic.
And we got to see our youngest, too!

 

Working Out

 

I'd like my fingers to be swole.
They'll give me strength and more control.
I've had one before,
But it don't work no more.
These stretchers will help meet my goal.

Veterans Day

It's the day that we honor all vets.

With their lives they are making large bets.

Some folks have forgot,

We owe them a lot.

For their choice they should have no regrets.

Lazy Sundays

I think this is one of life's facts.

It's nice to have time to relax.

We can enjoy lazy, 

And not go stir crazy.

As long as we're not always lax.

Yard Day

When we have a nice Fall weather break,

It's time to go prune, mow and rake.

Now our yard looks nice,

For no extra price.

I don't even have a back ache!

Daylight Savings

In the Fall, we turn clocks back one hour.

My morning it's supposed to empower.

I'm not a scaremonger,

But the darkness is longer,

This time change does not hold much power.
